Deep South Dogs
Deep South Dogs is the creation of chef / restaurateur Scott Dixon. During a trip to Scotland in 2007 Scott came across a street vendor outside of Edinburgh Castle selling hot dogs in a French baguette instead of a regular hot dog bun. It was delicious and he had never seen anything like it and thought this would be great back home in Georgia. Thus the beginnings of Deep South Dogs. Click here to visit the website.

We are in Blairsville quite often and had never seen or heard of Hole in the Wall Restaurant. We finally started seeing posts on FaceBook and decided to give it a try.
We stopped in a week or so ago for lunch with some friends – we were not disappointed. Everyone at our table got something totally different – we all enjoyed it. From burgers to Greek omelets – we were happy with the food, the prices were good, and the service was good.
Great stop for anyone on a road trip playing in the mountains!
