Lake Rabun Hotel and Restaurant
The Lake Rabun Hotel was built in 1922 by the founder of the Lake Rabun Community, Augustus Andreae and through its continuous operation has become an institution of the lake. Recently it was lovingly restored and now features native stone waterfalls outside its entrance, original woodwork throughout, scenic decks and balconies overlooking the lake, fine art, oriental rugs, antique rhododendron furniture, comfortable queen sized beds, a new cedar tree bar and restaurant serving gourmet and special southern entrees.
